Well here it is, California’s finest…. the liberal left wing animal rights extremists who have not a brain one in their over-sized cranial vaults are at it again. They are making ridicules statements and demanding that a DFG Commissioner be removed from the Commission because he Legally Hunted and Legally Killed a Mtn Lion during a legal Mtn Lion Hunting Season in another state, just because it is illegal to hunt them here in California!

Adrienne’s Blacktail
As the B Zone archery deer season was approaching, my husband and I did our annual organization of our hunting gear. We were getting ready to leave for the weekend when I pulled my tags out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I thought was a regular B Zone tag was actually a late-season Blacktail archery tag (since I am the reporter of tag results in our hunting group, I’m not really sure how that happened).

4th Leg, Day 3… Closing In
1/13/12 – 8:13am: On a ram now we found last go round. He’s a cool looking flared out ram we call Rick Flare. Definitely good for a bowstalk. Not sure if he’s bang worthy. Waiting to see what he does.

4th leg, Day 2….. Semi-Live CA sheep hunt11/
1/12/12 9:12 am: “This is really odd. Not seeing much and when we do it is at long range and they are on the move. The feed that had produced our hot spot has dried up and they are wandering. Much tougher.”
1/12/12 4:57 pm: “Tough day. Only a few long distance rams that were smallish. Nothing is staying put. They aren’t as predictable like before.”
